About Dr. Patel

Dr. Patel has spent the better part of a decade training at academic institutions to understand and treat a variety chronic pain conditions. After doing his residency in anesthesiology at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, He completed fellowship training in chronic pain medicine at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation over the last three years. Dr. Patel has provided optimal patient centric care in Northwest Indiana. He specializes in chronic pain medicine with an emphasis on interventional treatment to decrease and eliminate the need for opiate medications in patients suffering from a wide variety. 

Our Mission

We believe treatment requires a partnership between the patient and their clinician. Treating chronic pain requires a commitment from the patient and clinician to frequently meet, evaluate, and reassess the treatment plan. We specialize in the treatment of chronic pain long-term through a multidisciplinary approach. Our patients receive a complete medical, surgical, and therapy evaluation by our board-certified physician.

  • For the last 5+ years I suffered from chronic back, hip, and leg pain. Pain level 8 or 9 on a scale from 1-10, 10 being the worst.
